• Consultations

    All new clients will be required to attend a booked consultation prior to their colour appointment.

    Here your stylist will be able to discuss ideas, inspiration pictures, and explain the process, before your actual colour appointment!

    You will also recieve your patch test, and able to pay your deposit!

    This applies to all new clients- even if you have received colour elsewhere, it's a legal requirement we patch test you.

  • Deposits and cancellation fees

    Appointments with certain stylists will require a none refundable deposit when booking

    £40 colour and cut appointments

    £20 cut and blow dry appointments

    If for some reason vou haven't been asked to pay a deposit, but cancel an appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled slot, you will be required to pay the deposit fee as stated above.

    Failing to do this, will unfortunately leave us unable to book you another appointment.

    This is purely to stop people booking appointments and letting our team down moments before the appointment

  • Arrive to appointments alone

    Over the last few weeks we have had an increase in clients arriving with guests whilst they have their appointments, whilst we love to meet your friends and family- we now unfortunately don't have the capacity to house your guests, whilst appointments take place.

    This is creating the salon to feel a little chaotic, with nowhere for our waiting clients to be seated.

    We only have 2 extra waiting chairs!

    We kindly ask you arrive to your appointments alone- alternatively we have an amazing cafe on the end of our road, or a lovely park at the bottom where your friends/ family can wait
